The stunning residential campus in the Surrey countryside provides a reflective and safe space to Review, Reset, and Reignite — its not a city-based boot camp like those at traditional business schools.
You learn with and from other talented CEOs with a plethora of experience, rather than learning only from academics. This is a CEO programme, not an aspiring-to-be-a-CEO programme.
The setting and process ensures a safe and confidential learning environment for CEOs, allowing you to feel comfortable to freely share your true thoughts and experiences anonymously.

You will have your own leadership coach as well as an executive health & resilience coach to support you with the Review, Reset, and Reignite process. There will be one faculty team member for every two CEOs — a unique feature of this programme.
You will work on 'you' — not a theoretical case study or generic research findings.
You will forge trusted relationships and build a highly valuable network of CEOs that will be second-to-none.
