They empower and grow others -- investing in the development of those they lead, enabling them to self-manage their own emotions and take responsibility for sustaining an optimal mindset and positivity.

New School uses a coaching team on their residential programmes for one-on-one and team coaching to rethink, redefine, and work on enhancing their must-have capabilities.

The focus is on an exceptional developmental process rather than guru-based knowledge acquisition.
