Here are some examples of personality / role issues:

Red characters typically enjoy "blue oceans" strategising, and BD roles (particularly extravert Reds).

Most Yellow and Green characters are uncomfortable in BD roles because they are sensitive about perceptions of prioritising revenue and profits before people.

Blue characters thrive in detail, deploying implementation processes, and mitigating risks.
