Adrenalin is addictive and destructive …
and can put senior executives at risk of career derailment.
PERSONALLY
It elevates blood sugar and blood pressure and significantly increses the risk of heart attack and stroke.
It also disrupts the microbiome (gut health) and sleep — both crucial for moderating visceral fat and cancer cells.
Long term it can cause serious autoimmune diseases that are debilitating.
Adrenalin also speeds up the pace of thinking and short circuits the systems thinking process — resulting in quick fixes with problematic unintended consequences.

INTERPERSONALLY
Leaders high on adrenalin get so far out in front they are often confused by their followers as the enemy.
Talking fast in a high pitch and tough tone can cut and bruise colleagues — and is often interpreted as “bullying”.
… not good for one’s reputation or leadership brand !
LIFESTYLE & EXEC HEALTH COACHING

This is why we at ISL incorporate “Lifestyle and Exec Health Coaching on our
